Yesterday evening together with an office colleague, we started discussion about the business that we are to put up. It will be about delivery IT services.
We laid out our plans and options and started to put it in writing.
This activity gave me a boost to again try being an enterprenuer and pursue again my long awaited freedom from “rat race” and “corporate slavery”.
So, here i go again…given another shot to “freedom”.
If i did not right anything in the past few days, it is because the corporate whip had been swinging tirelessly and it hit me. Ouch !..Those days were really tough with big bosses always breathing near your neck when things does not move fast. Sometimes when in this situation you tend to think of freedom.
It’s Sunday and raining. Not much can be done outside.
Perhaps i better pick up my camera and do a shoot from inside the house…
This was a very tiring week, so many problems at work, Weeeh ! Thanks that i have a long weekend, no work on Monday, Yehey…..
While driving to work I got an SMS message that my foreigner colleague had a car breakdown in the highway. I offered to help.
I felt happy today that i was able to help someone in need. I think it is human nature to help.
However, if it happened to a stranger i would have second thought of helping and this is a common concern for people who really have a helping heart. Why is this feeling all round peoples mind? It could be that they also worry for their safety, what if it is a potential hold-up or kidnap set-up. The world had been cruel to those who does not put a safe foot forward and establish risk avoidance. Due to numerous incidence and story about helping stranger and being held-up. People had been reluctant heroes.
How did we come to this situation? Is the world being too violent already? That people become too suspiciuous thus they suppress being helpful and friendly? I wonder why, we could have a better place if people are just nice and friendly.

A storm (named “Frank”) just passed by Manila Sunday early morning. As usual we had our flooding and evacuations and a number of fatalities (not to mention a sinking of a passenger vessel caught in the storm). Well, this are the bad side of storms.
The good side is, i believe. It prune dead leaves and branches in trees. It cleans the air along the way. It cleans the rivers of debris and silt. Mother natures way of cleaning. What i like most is the clean air after a storm.
